Guliël Schuwer has over 36 years of multi-cultural experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) at Mars Incorporated, a leading manufacturer of confectionery, pet food, and other food products and a provider of animal care services. With a background in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, he has worked in eight countries in Logistics, Innovation Management, Strategy Deployment, Business Integration and Change Management.
For many years, Guliël has developed, launched and grown significant innovations in the confectionery market based on relevant consumer insights. His unique combination of experience in transactional business management, innovation leadership, European MT membership and post-merger integration makes him the ideal sparring partner for teams that are looking for support in bringing their ideas to the market, faster, better and more successful.
Guliël has a MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, has a NIMA certificate and is a certified Change Management Practitioner. He is passionate about building and coaching multi-cultural teams with a mission and vision.
