Jigna Merchant is a true nutrition expert. After obtaining her masters’ degree in nutrition science at Syracuse University she has been active as nutrition scientist and manager for various multinational food companies across the globe, among which Danone Nutricia Research and UpField – the world’s largest plant-based consumer products company. Since March 2022 she has joined Kraft Heinz as their Capability Lead for Nutrition.
